Monthly rent varies depending on which apartmemt and how long
to stay.
-Cleaning fee deposit
Please deposit cleaning fee on your arrival.
10,000yen for a stay less than 2 weeks
20,000yen for a stay longer than 2 weeks

*Fixed Term Contract (when
your departure date is fixed) =3% off
*Long Term Contract:
Stays of more than 3 months=5% off
Stays of more than 6 months=10% off |

| PAYMENT |
-Customers from within
Japan
Your first month rent and the cleaning fee are to be paid by
your moving day.
-Customers from outside Japan
Please provide us with your credit card information together
with your application form.
All the payments are to be made upon your arrival in Japan.

8 to 14 days after reservation = 10,000yen
15 to 21 days after reservation = 20,000yen
